• Colour Vision – Should be normal as determined by Ischihara’s Charts.
• Eye Sight: Distance Vision – 6/6 at both eyes without glasses. Near Vision-N-5 in both eyes without Glasses (Visual evaluation is for each eye individually)
• Height – As per standards
• Disqualifications: Physical deformity, Chronic diseases, Colour blindness, Night blindness, Squint, Flat Foot, Bow Legs, Knocking Knees and refractive error will be considered as disqualification even though the candidates are selected on the basis of Merit and Interview.
• Job seekers should be capable of undergoing physical strain for prolonged periods.

JSSPS Recruitment 2018 Educational Qualifications

• Coaches – Candidates should pass One Year Diploma from SAI/ NSNIS or from any recognized Indian/ Foreign University in the respective Sports discipline with minimum 60% Marks in the respective Sports discipline with Experience.
• Miscellaneous Posts – Job seekers should have done NIS Diploma Qualified Coach / Graduate / Matriculation with Diploma
• Assistant Coaches – People should done one Year Diploma from SAI/ NSNIS or from any recognized Indian/ Foreign University with Experience or 6 (Six) weeks Certificate Course in the respective Sports discipline
