Education Qualification For NABCONS Recruitment 2021

Name of the Post	Educational Qualifications
Senior Consultant	Post-graduation in Agriculture/ Allied sector to Agriculture/ Food Technology/ Engineering/ Economics/ Management/ Social Service/ Natural Resource Management from a recognised management institution with minimum 55% or equivalent grade points. Degree from a recognized institution. Minimum 9 years of experience with at least 5 years experience in a reputed consultancy organisation operating in the area of Agriculture and rural development.
Consultant – International Bussiness
Associate Consultant – IT	Post-Graduation in IT/ Computer Applications/ Systems Management with a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade points with first-class Graduation or equivalent grade points in Computer Sciences/ Computer Applications/ IT. 3 Years of experience including a minimum of 1 year in implementing IT Consultancy assignments.
Associate Consultant – Agriculture/ SES/ B&F/ Food Processing	Post-graduation in Agriculture/ Allied sector to Agriculture/ Food Technology/ Economics/ Management/ Social Science/ Natural Resource Management from a recognised management institution with first class Graduation. 3 years of work experience in Consultancy organization/ Financial Institution/ developmental agency.
Associate Consultant – Civil Engineer/ Water Resource Management	M.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Water Resources Management or equivalent with first class B.Tech or equivalent grade points/ CGPA. Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, designing and executing Commercial projects especially water resources management.
Associate Consultant – Skill for Livelihood	Post-Graduation in Management, Agriculture, Economics, Social sciences, from a recognized institution with first-class Graduation or equivalent grade points/ CGPA from a recognized institution. 3 years of work experience in Consultancy organization/ Financial Institution/ developmental agency Monitoring.
Associate Project Consultant – Finance	CA from a reputed institute. Minimum 5 years post-CA qualification experience (excluding a period of articles) in auditing & accounting etc.
Project Associate – Finance	B.Com/ M.Com/ B.Com (Hons.) from reputed institute For B.Com: Minimum 4 years experience in auditing & accounting. For B.Com (Hons.)/ M.Com: Minimum 3 years experience in auditing & accounting.
