- Responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing multi-market prospecting campaigns through the sales channel, including identifying relevant opportunities by collaborating with market partners to flawlessly execute campaigns.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success, share key learnings, and redefine strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Own the continuous development of best practices and operational efficiencies across the offline prospecting channel across different markets, working collaboratively with internal and external partners to optimize processes.
- Support PRSA (Process Risk Self Assessment) to make the prospecting process across different markets compliant with the regulations.
American Express Careers 2024 | Qualifications and Skills
- MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics)
- Excellent collaboration skills as well as the ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with partners across international markets.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to drive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Strong programming skills are preferred. Experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
