Delhivery Walkin Drive for Freshers – Responsibilities
- Visit hotspots and meet riders who can join Delhivery.
- Explain salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join Delhivery as the rider.
- Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads.
- Help newly joined riders escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention.
- Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly.
Delhivery Walkin Interview – Skills
- Prior experience in rider hiring, field sales, mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing.
- Fluency in Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication would be an added advantage.
