• Engage directly with merchants and customers to gather insights, validate claims, and communicate outcomes effectively.
• Prepare detailed fraud incident reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• Drive process improvements by identifying patterns, suggesting preventive controls, and contributing to system enhancements.
• Play a key role in saving fraud-related losses by acting quickly and strategically in high-risk scenarios.
