The aspirants who will be passed in the Online Test round will be now attending the Hexaware Technologies Technical Interview Round. In this round, the interviewer will most likely ask questions from C, C++, JAVA, DBMS, Data Structures, Operating Systems. Hexaware Communication Assessment Round

Basically, this Communication Assessment round will test the contender’s pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary. The time duration for this round is 1 hour and this is an entirely computer-based round. This round contains 4 sections where your listening skills, writing skills will be evaluated.

Hexaware Learning Ability Round

In this learning ability round the questions based on Psychological will be asked. Candidates will be given Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree options to choose from.

For example – you can respond by saying you are having in-depth knowledge about a particular technology that is required for the job, how you can work for long hours to complete the task. So, you can answer this question by saying, “How you find it productive to work at night time and as you didn’t have much of social life you can work easily at the weekends.”

You can respond to this question by answering “As a continuous learner, I would like to see myself aware of the new things that are happening in the industry I would like to work in. 5. Which location preference do you want?

While answering this question, you guys need to be precise on why you want to work in a particular location. You have to keep in mind many factors like how you feel that this place has more to offer you than any other in terms of career opportunities or learning facilities, etc.,

6. What are your pros and cons?

This question is simply about the Strengths and weaknesses you have. You can simply say that how you feel that “Continuos Learning, Flexibility, Positive Attitude” are your strengths. And explain to the interviewer with examples you have faced in your real-life where your strengths have helped you. And coming to Cons, no person will be without any weaknesses. So, respond by saying “How you mostly concentrate on getting things done well within the time, which sometimes can create pressure for you” or “You can say that you give too much attention to small details & overthink about them” but again you can say that how overthinking helps you to analyze different scenarios and get a positive output from it.
